About

The short version

Six years of turning enterprise problems into software people actually rely on.

Give me any problem — I'll solve it with technology. Six years inside enterprise systems taught me the hard part is rarely the code: it's untangling the business problem underneath. That's the part I'm good at, and the software that follows is clean, secure, and built to be relied on.

Web apps with real money on the line
I have built and modernized business-critical platforms — e-commerce payment flows and ERP-connected portals that handled millions of dollars in orders. One mobile-first rebuild took manufacturing downtime to nearly zero.
Data that moves itself
Fault-tolerant ETL is home turf: multi-region Salesforce syncs, marketplace data feeding the ERP in near real time, and pipelines that erased manual processes while cutting third-party tooling costs by up to six figures a year. Today that means Azure Data Factory into Snowflake at enterprise scale.
Fluent in other people's APIs
Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, telephony, payments — I have integrated them all. REST when it exists, SFTP when it does not, and a clean contract in between so the business gets one dependable system instead of five brittle ones.
Systems that defend themselves
I have run the security side too: WAF and DNS hardening that blocked over 12,000 malicious threats a month, SSL lifecycle management across a fleet of servers, and identity automation with Okta and Azure AD — provisioning people in and out with no human in the loop.

Selected Work

Things I've built

Real systems with real users — built inside enterprises, described without the confidential parts.

  • Web AppsInternal Tool

Business-critical storefront and portals that production literally waited on.

    • .NET
    • ASP.NET Core
    • JavaScript
    • SQL Server
  • Data/ETLInternal Tool

A global sales operation re-keying data between CRM, marketplace, and ERP by hand.

    • C# / .NET
    • Azure Data Factory
    • Snowflake
    • REST
  • IntegrationsInternal Tool

Every department on its own platform, every gap filled by copy-paste.

    • .NET
    • REST APIs
    • Azure AD
    • Salesforce
  • SecurityInternal Tool

Public web properties under constant attack, certs and DNS owned by no one.

    • WAF
    • DNS
    • SSL/TLS
    • IIS
  • IntegrationsInternal Tool

    ERP workflows automated across departments

Cross-department handoffs living in email threads instead of the system of record.

    • C#
    • REST
    • SQL Server
    • ERP
  • Web AppsInternal Tool

Low-code internal tools where full apps would be overkill

Department-level workflows too small for a dev team, too important for a spreadsheet.

    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
  • Data/ETLInternal Tool

Enterprise Snowflake, owned from org admin down

A growing data platform that needed governance, cost control, and clean pipelines.

    • Snowflake
    • Azure Data Factory
    • SQL
  • SecurityInternal Tool

Enterprise sign-on flows with one identity per human

Apps multiplying faster than the access model that secures them.

    • Okta
    • OIDC
    • SAML

Experience

Where I've been

The road from first integration to senior engineer.

  1. Senior Software Engineer

    SMC · Jun 2025 - Present

    • Building enterprise data movement on Azure Data Factory into Snowflake, with org-admin responsibility for the Snowflake platform.
    • Developing Azure Functions and Blob Storage services behind internal applications and integrations.
    • Working enterprise identity with Okta and shipping Power Platform tooling where low-code is the right call.
    • Azure Data Factory
    • Snowflake
    • Azure Functions
    • Azure Blob Storage
    • Okta
    • Power Platform
  2. Applications Analyst

    Wood-Mizer LLC · Jul 2019 - Apr 2025

    • Engineered fault-tolerant ETL across Salesforce, the Amazon marketplace, and the ERP — eliminating manual processes and cutting $50K–$100K in annual tooling costs.
    • Modernized business-critical web platforms, including a mobile-first ERP gateway that took manufacturing downtime to nearly zero.
    • Owned the security perimeter — WAF, DNS, and SSL lifecycle across an IIS fleet — blocking 12,000+ malicious threats monthly.
    • C# / .NET
    • ASP.NET Core
